Monica Nolasco strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment to each one of her clients. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and MIS from Fairleigh Dickinson University and obtained her NJ real estate license while attending. She began her career in hospitality then joined an early childhood organization, where she dedicated 18 years in an executive role.
Her years spent in the education, real estate and hospitality industries, coupled with the entrepreneurial flair of managing a business specializing in franchising, helped her gain the skill set that allows her to provide the best services to her clients. Her experience has honed her analytical abilities and strategic thinking, enabling her to excel in complex contract negotiations and time sensitive transactions. With a commitment to excellence, she is solution focused and driven to deliver. She has an innovative mindset, collaborative spirit and is focused on community impact.
Proudly calling South Florida home for 14+ years, she is deeply connected to this vibrant community and is committed to contributing to its continued success. Her goal is to assure clients feel comfortable with the process of buying, selling and investing by keeping them informed every step of the way and keeping their best interests top of mind. When she’s not helping families find their forever home, she’s spending time with her own. Monica married her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of two amazing children. She loves to cook, host for family and friends and spend time in her garden.
